基于ABAQUS双平面模型Bree问题仿真技术验证与研究

摘要:随着工业设备向大型化、高参数化方向发展,许多压力部件的使用条件越来越苛刻,设备能否安全可靠运行十分重要。对于压力容器和管道系统等工业部件,确定结构在复杂循环热-机械载荷下的安定边界,以避免交替塑性引起的低周疲劳和棘轮导致的增量塑性垮塌是结构分析设计和安全评估中的重要内容。本文借助ABAQUS/CAE软件,建立优化的双平面模型,考虑机械薄膜应力和热弯曲应力两种常见类型应力之间的相互作用对结构力学响应行为的影响,实现了经典Bree图的数值验证。在机械薄膜应力与热弯曲应力不同比值下,结构可表现出安定、交变塑性、棘轮,本文的仿真计算精确捕捉到了不同力学响应行为的边界,仿真方法对更复杂的多参数类型应力分析研究具有借鉴意义。
Abstract: With the development of industrial equipment to large scale and high parameterization, it is of utmost importance to ensure the safe operation of equipment under harsh conditions. It includes that the analysis of fatigue caused by alternating plasticity and ratchet caused by incremental plastic for pressure vessels to determine the stability boundary of the structure under complex loading. Using ABAQUS/CAE software, the classical Bree problem is validated by analyzing the interaction between two common types of stresses with a two-plane model. Under different ratios of mechanical stress to thermal bending stress, the structure is difference behaviors, such as shakedown, alternating plasticity or ratchet. Different boundaries of mechanical response behaviors are accurately captured and studied by simulation analysis. The study in this paper can provide helpful references for engineering design analysis under complex multi-parameter stress.
