基于ANSYS WORKBENCH的双V型悬索参数化分析

摘 要:基于双V索全模颤振试验段的建设,最为关键的就是支撑系统的设计,通过传统方法很难快速高效评估支撑系统的各项物理特性,随着有限元技术的高速发展和计算能力的迅速提高 ,通过参数化有限元分析模型,实现出一种高效的评估方法,快速得到关注的物理参数随参数的变化规律。主要针对于悬浮支撑系统的设计与优化问题进行深入而系统的研究,研究的内容包括系统的静态响应和动态特性,研究的方法采用的是参数化分析方法,研究的手段是单变量影响因素分析。参数主要有7个,分别通过有限元分析计算各个参数变化对结构的静态响应和动态特性的影响,通过定量分析得到各个参数的影响曲线并最终绘制参数敏感度,找到满足最优设计的优化方向,找到影响的关键因素。
Abstract:The support system of flutter test section is two V-shape cable, this is the key part of design. Traditional ways of evaluating such system is limited by several reasons, it is very difficult to calculate the physical response. By the developing of FEA methods, it is possible to develop a parameterized model to study the response of the support system. The displacement of support system and the dynamic characteristics of system are evaluated, and then find the correlation between parameter and the response., finally find the optimal parameters and the key influence parameters.
