基于OptiStruct的青贮机架结构优化设计

摘 要:针对某款青贮机全新的布置方式进行机架重新设计,在OptiStruct中搭建青贮机架的有限元模型,采用拓扑优化与截面参数化优化的方法对青贮机架结构进行优化,在此过程中根据青贮机作业的实际情况定义多个优化分析工况。根据拓扑优化与截面参数化优化的结果对新结构进行解读,并对新结构进行性能校核。优化设计在保证性能可靠性的同时,尽可能多的进行轻量化设计,用以控制整车成本。新设计的青贮机架模态、强度、刚度等性能指标均强于原结构。新结构整体降重45%,降本40%,达成了降重降本提升性能的设计目标。
Abstract: The frame of a silage machine was redesigned according to a new layout method. The finite element model of the silage chassis was built in OptiStruct, and the structure of the silage chassis was optimized by topology optimization and parametric optimization of section. According to the results of topology optimization and section parameterization optimization, the new structure is interpreted and its performance is checked. The optimization design ensures the reliability of performance and at the same time, as much as possible to carry out lightweight design, in order to control the vehicle cost. The performance indexes of the newly designed silage chassis, such as modal, strength and stiffness, are better than those of the original structure. The overall weight and cost of the new structure are reduced by 45% and 40%, achieving the design goal of reducing weight and cost to improve performance.
