风电叶片仿真与设计平台的研究

在设计工程仿真领域,目前高端装备产品设计复杂度、相关性、制造精度大大提高,国家知识产权保护制度越来越完善,为缩短工程设计周期、提高工程运行安全性、降低企业仿真计算软硬件成本、提高行业内信息共享水平,越来越迫切地需要高性能仿真云平台的支撑,实现低代码自定义流程自动化,风电叶片作为风力发电机组的最关键零部件,对其进行优化设计、有限元分析等研究,将有效地提高我国的风力发电机设计水平和设计能力,推进我国风力发电机的国产化。因此,对风电叶片仿真与设计平台进行研究有重要意义。
In the field of design engineering simulation, the design complexity, correlation and manufacturing accuracy of high-end equipment products are greatly improved, and the national intellectual property protection system is becoming more and more perfect. In order to shorten the engineering design cycle, improve the safety of engineering operation, reduce the cost of software and hardware for enterprise simulation calculation, and improve the level of information sharing in the industry, it is increasingly urgent to support the high-performance simulation cloud platform and realize the automation of low-code custom process. As the most critical component of wind turbine, the research on its optimal design and finite element analysis will effectively improve the design level and design ability of wind turbines in China and promote the localization of wind turbines in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the wind turbine blade simulation and design platform.
