基于VPG的某商用车载荷谱研究

以某商用车为研究对象,采用特征线模型缩聚技术,建立整车刚柔耦合模型,大幅提升整车多体模型的计算效率。基于虚拟试验场技术仿真分析得到虚拟载荷数据,同时对样车进行实际耐久试验场测试,获取测试载荷谱数据用于仿真模型的修正和精度对标。基于损伤一致原则,将仿真载荷向测试载荷等效迭代,得到路面等效系数,从而保证基于虚拟载荷谱的结构疲劳性能分析与实际失效模式的一致性,为商用车从零部件到整车级疲劳耐久分析、减少试验中的可靠性问题、缩短研发时间、降低研发成本打下基础。
Taking a commercial vehicle as the research object, the rigid flexible coupling model of the whole vehicle was established by using the characteristic line model condensation technology. Calculation efficiency was greatly improved of the whole vehicle multi-body model. Virtual road load data was obtained based on the simulation of virtual proving ground (VPG) technology. At the same time, the actual durability test was carried out on a real vehicle and the tested load spectrum data was obtained for the correction of simulation model and precision benchmarking. Based on damage consistency principle, the simulated loads were iterated to the tested loads to obtain the road equivalent coefficient. Consistency was guaranteed between the structural fatigue analysis using VPG signals and the actual failure mode. Foundation was built for the fatigue analysis of commercial vehicles from parts to whole vehicle level, reduce the reliability issues in the test, shorten the development time and reduce R & D costs.
