基于优化准则和材料库的汽车前纵梁优化设计

为了提高汽车正面碰撞安全性,本文首先研究了某款SUV的汽车耐撞性,建立了其在50Km/h正面100%碰撞工况下的能量吸收及载荷传递模型。然后本文从车体减速度、转向管柱移动量、门框变形量三个角度出发,对所建模型进行分析,归纳得出了正面碰撞汽车耐撞性优化准则。随后,将此优化准则与材料库结合,提出了一种新的前纵梁选材方法,并将此方法应用到SUV的前纵梁选材优化中。结果表明该方法在改善正面碰撞汽车耐撞性方面取得了很好的效果。
in order to improve the safety of vehicle in frontal crash. Firstly, crashworthiness of the SUV is investigated in this paper, and modeling the energy absorption and load transmission in full front impact with rigid barrier. Secondly, the optimal criterion is summarized in this paper by studying the model from 3 aspects which contains vehicle deceleration, movement of steering column, and deformation of the door frame. Lastly, a new design method of selection material of front rail by combining the optimal criterion with material database is presented, and applied in optimization selection of material of the front rail in the SUV. Optimization result indicates the new method has a positive effect on improving crashworthiness.
