渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮副有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Involute Spur Gear

本文首先基于UG/OPEN完成了渐开线圆柱齿轮副参数化建模的二次开发,在此基础上应用Ansys Workbench建立了直齿圆柱齿轮副的有限元模型,对其在匀速转动下的啮合过程进行模拟,得到了啮合部位齿根的弯曲应变,并与试验结果进行对比,证明了有限元分析方法的有效性。该方法可以用于齿轮副的优化设计,对于提高齿轮副设计效率和设计质量具有重要的意义。
The parametered model of the involute spur gear are finished by using the UG/OPEN software. The finite element model of the involute spur gear are established and the normal strain in bending on the root of the involute spur gear are obtained which are rotating on the uniform velocity based on the Ansys Workbench software. It is proved that this finite element method is effective to research the strength and deformation of the involute spur gear by comparing the results both of the strain measurement experiment and the analysis. This method could be used for the structure design and optimization of the involute spur gear. The efficiency and quality of the designment for the involute spur gear is improved greatly.
