某乘用车车门下沉问题仿真分析 及优化研究

某乘用车在总装车间出现车门下沉问题,通过CAE仿真分析技术手段对问题进行复现,分别对车门质量、铰链结构、车门及车身侧铰链安装区域对车门下沉量的影响进行了分析,提取影响车门下沉的关键指标,结合方案可行性分析,对车门结构进行优化,最终优化方案可实现车门下沉量降低42%,优于竞品车型,并经实车验证满足性能要求。通过将该分析方法固化到开发流程中,可以有效的预测车门总装时出现下沉的风险,提升车门产品开发一次设计成功率。
