某商用车减震器支架及销轴断裂分析
Fracture analysis of shock absorber bracket and pin shaft of a commercial vehicle

针对商用车减震器支架、销轴断裂事件,使用CAE分析校核与产品质检相结合的方法,将分析结果与实际断裂情况进行了对比,结果表明支架最大应力值175MPa、销轴最大应力值124MPa,为正常应力值范围,但断裂部位与应力集中部位一致。观测支架断裂面,存在2处明显缩孔,存在铸造缺陷。销轴金相分析报告显示,轴段硬度不符,产生马氏体组织脆硬相。受到冲击载荷时,由于支架内部缺陷小孔、轴段硬度不均匀从而导致断裂情况发生。
Aiming at the fracture event of the shock absorber bracket and pin shaft of commercial vehicle,the method of combining CAE analysis and product quality inspection is used to compare the analysis results with the actual fracture situation.The results show that the maximum stress value of the bracket is 175MPa and the maximum stress of the pin shaft The value is 124MPa,which is the normal stress value range,but the fracture part is consistent with the stress concentration part.Observing the fracture surface of the stent,there are 2 obvious shrinkage holes and casting defects. The metallographic analysis report of the pin shaft shows that the hardness of the shaft section does not match,resulting in a brittle and hard phase of martensitic structure.When subjected to impact load,fracture occurs due to defective small holes inside the bracket and uneven hardness of the shaft segment.
