路面激励引起的车内噪声分析与研究

本文研究路面不平度激励引起的车内噪声问题。基于整车路噪分析理论和数字道路频谱激励计算方法,建立了包含声腔、CD tire轮胎的整车有限元模型和各轮胎位移PSD功率谱,采用随机响应分析法计算了整车噪声响应;通过传递路径分析(TPA)和节点贡献分析(GPA)等方法,对路噪响应进行优化分析,仿真结果显示,优化方案显著降低了车内噪声。并通过对比仿真与实测结果,验证了该方法和分析模型的可靠性,为路噪研究提供可行性参考。
This study investigates the issue of interior noise in vehicles induced by road surface irregularities. Based on the theory of vehicle road noise analysis and the method of digital road spectrum excitation calculation, a finite element model of the entire vehicle, including the cavity and CD tires, was established along with the PSD power spectrum of each tire displacement. Using the random response analysis method, the noise response of the entire vehicle was calculated. The noise response was optimized through Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) and Grid Point Analysis (GPA). Simulation results show that the optimization scheme significantly reduced the interior noise. The reliability of this method and the analysis model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured results, providing a feasible reference for road noise research.
